Harbinger Capital Partners II GP LLC serves as general partner to Harbinger Capital Partners II LP. Effective as of June 24, 2015, Harbinger Capital Partners II LP ceased to serve as investment manager to Global Opportunities Breakaway Fund, L.P. (the "Fund") with respect to any Section 13F Securities. The Fund has appointed a third-party liquidator to manage its assets.
